Does anyone remember that segment from the Muppets? Pigs in Spaaaaace!!!!
The Chinese (who I'm sure are big Muppets fans) have taken the PIS concept to new level. In order to study the effects of space on sperm, the Chinese government has managed to top the US in weird government spending efforts, a feat I thought impossible. If all goes well, this October we will get to see what effect microgravity will have on the activities of sperm.
My question is this: Why pedigreed sperm only? No common pigs get to send their swimmers to the stars?
